2027 Annual Meeting Track Sessions

Business & Markets

Monday, April 12 - 10:40 am – 11:40 am
From Economic Signals to Business Decisions
Tilsa Oré Mónago, Rice University.

Following the keynote, join Tilsa Oré Mónago for an interactive discussion on translating economic signals into business decisions. Participants will examine how developments in energy and raw materials, trade policy, supply chains, regulation, customer demand, and sustainability may affect different parts of the cast polyurethane value chain. Through audience questions and practical scenarios, the session will explore how manufacturers and suppliers can identify their most important exposures, distinguish short-term volatility from structural change, and stress-test decisions involving pricing, inventories, sourcing, investment, and market diversification. Attendees are encouraged to bring examples and questions from their own businesses.

Monday, April 12 - 12:45 pm – 1:45 pm
Building a Brand Customers Want to Connect With
Angela Morgan, Enduro Pipeline Services

She’s back—and she’s bringing the hats! Following last year’s session, How Brand & Customer Experience Build Trust Anywhere, Enduro Pipeline Services’ marketing department of one returns with fresh examples, familiar yellow, and a deeper look at how creative branding, customer education, and service build lasting connections. Your questions helped shape this year’s session: How do you keep customers engaged? How do you turn their feedback into action? And where does AI fit?

Discover how Enduro uses customer conversations, hands-on classes, website analytics, and AI to understand customer needs and turn technical expertise into useful education. From hats customers ask for to answers that help them make informed decisions, explore how every interaction can strengthen your brand and earn trust. Whether you attended last year or are joining for the first time, you’ll leave with practical tips for connecting with—and educating—your audience at trade shows, on your website, and in everyday customer conversations.
